Dear editor,

I am one of the Quezon Highers. I am just concern about the voluntary contribution of students. They said that it is voluntary but then it seems that the students and parents are forced to pay?

Dear Jerolyn,

I would like to explain to you that voluntary contribution was explained to you parents last PTA meeting. It is just a small amount to pay for the whole year and help for our miscellaneous unlike in the private school, they are paying a thousand pesos per month and you are given a long period of time to pay little by little. I hope you understand and answered your question correctly.
