It is very obvious, the problem is not yet solved, and there are no solutions to be found, In a world full of judgemental people who loves looking down on people, Gender equality is always absent.

     “ We just want to use the bathroom,” is what Ice Seguerra says in regards of the issue in LGBTQ rights pertaining to Gretchen Diez ordeal that she went through recently.

     It all started when Gretchen Diez, a transgender woman, tried to enter the ladies bathroom but was stopped by the attendant on doing what she was supposed to do, they argued and was later she was brought to the mall’s security office but was also pled soon.

  As the attendant saying her apologies, it would have supposed to be fixed but then Diez was really decided to file a case against the mall’s management.

     But the case then took a life of its own and was jumped to the unsettled SOGIE (sexual orientation and gender identity and expression.) Equality Bill.
