Special Program in Journalism Grade 10 won as the Best English song Translation of Sayo by Sarah Geronimo and translated by Mace Canela and Linghui Alimagno in the Book week 2019 performed in Gymnasium of Quezon National High School (QNHS), November 29.

       According to Mace Canela, leader of the Song Translation of Grade 10 Special Program in Journalism, they have only 5-10 days or 2 weeks to practice their piece and dance. Each level has representative, they can have 10 members where they can create partners or solos.

      "Hindi kami nagkakaigi minsan kasi nauuna yung harutan tapos harot, minsan ang hirap din kasi ang dami naming gawa ang tendency ay magsisiuwian para gumawa ng mga assignments at kailangan tapusin..." Kathrina Villamorel said, one of the members of the winning group.

      Due to struggles, they still push through their translition, not for only their selves but also for their classmates that always support them in every competiton they compete.   

      "Masaya po ako kasi nanalo kami, hindi po naman ineexpect na mananalo kami kasi sobrang dami po naming ups and downs. we did our best naman po kasi hindi lang naman po ito para sa amin kundi para rin po sa mga kaklase namin na laging sumusuporta sa amin sa kahit anong laban na gawin namin, di sila nawawala sa tabi namin" Mace Canela said, leader of the winning group.

     On the other hand, the contest start at 9am but they still wait for the announcement of the winner until 5pm in the afternoon by Sir Alvin Patal at Gymnasium of QNHS.
